Ron is a business executive with 20+ years experience leading people and organizations. Ron has built, acquired and operated technology-enabled consumer and SaaS businesses focused primarily on career education, talent assessment, recruitment & professional development, which have assisted millions of professionals and job seekers. He has also served as a partner in a private equity firm, leading principal investments in media, technology, retail and financial services. His professional experience has given him a keen understanding of the challenges that leaders face in strategic execution, financial & operational management and team leadership.

While at Harvard College, Ron was a 2-time captain of the varsity basketball team and 3-time All-Ivy selection. He is also a member of the Harvard Varsity Club Hall of Fame.
